Shipping Limits:
We ship anywhere in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. USPS rates are available to be factored in for Europe and Asia. Additional charges may apply where actual shipping cost exceeds those charged in the shopping cart. Typically this may apply on large bulky items such as pen boxes... the additional charges may be charged on your card or taken from any applicable quantity discounts. Customer is responsible for the safety and security of all parcels once delivered to his/her mailbox.  If USPS status reflects it was delivered then no additional warranty or insurance is offered or intended.  Recommend USPS PO Box for areas where theft is a problem.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all Wood Pen Pro products due to manufacturing defects.

Return Policy:
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date due to material defect or damage during shipment. Handling charges are non-refundable. Returns for other than manufacturer or material defect will be charged a 10% of value or $25 restocking fee, whichever is greater. Returns of 40" acrylic rod are not generally accepted, except under special circumstances. Under no circumstances will modified rods or pen blanks cut from rod be accepted. You should inspect your order immediately for missing or damaged items.  Any losses noticed after 14 days that were not immediately made known to WOODPENPRO may be covered on a case by cases basis but no guarantee, inspect your shipment.  WOODPENPRO does occasionally take pictures of outgoing orders to assist in coping with fraudulent claims. If the claimed item is in the picture no claim will be granted.

If there's a problem with a pen kit, the whole pen kit needs to be returned. This includes any problems with ink refills. Jimmy will add extra refills on kits that are known to have dry ink but for other kits where claims of dry refills may occur I will pull a lot of 10 pens from the same case and test them. If they test good no claim is granted. WPP is not responsible for ink refill leaks; these may be caused for a variety of reason including air travel for which WPP is not responsible.

All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.
